This compact manual stone mill from Schnitzer is perfect when grinding small quantities of wheat flour and small and light enough to easily carry when traveling. The housing is constructed of Beech wood and the grinding stones are naxos-basalt and magnesite. The mill is about 12 inches tall and approximately 2 ― inches in diameter, not counting the handle. The output capacity is 30g per minute of fine flour when turning at 80 RPM.
